Band 4: Mysticism: Fundamentals and Particularities

This volume will provide an overview of what Titus Brandsma understood by mysticism, his definition of it, its delineation against pseudo-mysticism, Dutch mysticism, Carmelite mysticism, Eastern mysticism, and especially the calling to mystical communion with God of the ordinary man and woman.

The texts are arranged chronologically and cover the years 1925-1942. An index with names, places and newspapers facilitates the targeted search for certain information.

The manuscript is currently in preparation.

Publication is planned for 2023.

A number of colleagues from the Netherlands and abroad will once again collaborate on this volume.
