Bachelor’s – Online verification of Documents

Radboud University is able to accept an online verification of the following diplomas and certificates as long as they meet the requirements below. If we are able to verify your official diploma online, you do not need to send us a certified hard copy by post.

Please note, if we are only able to verify your provisional results, we will treat this as a temporary proof of diploma until you can send a scan of the official diploma and transcripts to admissions@ru.nl.

English language certificate –

We are able to verify the accepted English language certificates online. You can find more about the certificates and results that we accept and the verification requirement here.

Diplomas -

IB Diploma -

Student has not yet obtained their diploma

Before the release of your results, you should contact your Diploma Programme coordinator to submit a request to the IB on your behalf.

After the release of your results, you can request for your provisional transcript to be sent to us directly by placing a request through https://rrs.ibo.org/ and choosing the option ‘Request for results to Institutes of higher education'.

Once we are able to verify your provisional results online, you will receive a confirmation email.

Note that you still need to send a scan of your official IB Diploma certificate and programme results once you receive them to admissions@ru.nl. However, this does not have to be done before the enrolment deadline.

Student has already obtained their diploma

To verify your diploma online, please request your diploma and results to be shared with us by placing a request through https://rrs.ibo.org/ and choosing the option ‘Request for results to Institutes of higher education’.

If you did not upload a scan of your official IB Diploma certificate and programme results in OSIRIS Application, please send us the scans of these documents to admissions@ru.nl. We require your results via the IBIS website and scans of your official documents. Once we are able to verify your diploma online, you will receive a confirmation email.

Cambridge GCSE/GCE -

At this time, we are only able to verify online the GCSE and GCE A-level results awarded by Cambridge International. Please send a scan of your official Cambridge provisional or final certificate(s) to admissions@ru.nl.

Note that if you send us your Cambridge International provisional results, you will also need to send a scan of your official certificate(s) once you receive them to admissions@ru.nl. This however does not have to be done before the enrolment deadline.

A Diploma that can be verified online

If we are able to verify your diploma online, we will accept the online verification of your diploma for enrolment. We can do this in the following ways:

Diplomas shared via the secure electronic system of the issuing school/university
Diplomas shared via a third-party electronic system if this system is clearly mentioned on the website of the issuing school/university
Diplomas that include a verification code or link to be used on the website of the school/university to verify authenticity and content

Note:

It is not sufficient if the verification only confirms that the document was issued by the university in question but does not display its content.

If your diploma is in a language other than English, Dutch or German, and we are able to verify the contents of it online, we will still require a translation (either a certified hard copy or a version that can be verified online).

Certificates -

AP/SAT -

To verify your AP and/or SAT scores electronically, we ask that you request the College Board to share your results with us by using the Institutional code of Radboud University: 7737. Once we are able to verify your AP and/or SAT score(s) online, you will receive a confirmation email.

OMPT -

When signing up for the Online Mathematics Placement Test (OMPT), please choose ‘Radboud University’ as your university. Once you take the test, the results will become available in our portal. If you already took the test while having selected another university, please send a scan of the certificate you received to admissions@ru.nl, so we can manually add your results to our portal.

Boswell-Beta/CCVX -

Please send a scan of the results you received from Boswell Beta or CCVX to admissions@ru.nl.
