"For me, Nijmegen embraces the essence of living in the Netherlands"

Nationality: Greek
Programme: Master's in International Relations
Why did I choose Radboud University: Even before coming to study in Radboud University I could tell that it was a very international, extroverted, and modern, research oriented institution, which I’m more than proud to be part of. With Master’s programmes predominately in English and high quality teaching staff, as well as facilities, Radboud is fulfilling even the most demanding student’s needs.
What am I looking forward to the most regarding coming to Nijmegen: For me, Nijmegen embraces the essence of living in the Netherlands. The green environment, the cycling, the beer drinking and the cheese culture are some of the things I was most looking forward to experiencing in Nijmegen and I’m very glad that the city hasn’t let me down one bit. Also, living and interacting with people from so many different cultural backgrounds is very interesting, fun and eye-opening, so I’m very excited about that.
A fun fact about myself: I love escape-room games!
