Application & Progression

Once you successfully submit your online application in OSIRIS Application, we can start the admission process. The information below is what you can expect during this period.

Receipt of Application
After we check your uploaded documents in OSIRIS Application, you will receive an email confirming that your application is complete. If the university requires additional information or documents, we will ask you to log in to OSIRIS Application again and provide the missing data.

Your application will only be processed once we receive the handling fee (if applicable) and all of your required documents. If you are admitted and enrolled at Radboud University, the handling fee will be refunded.

Assessment
Once your application is considered complete, one of our admission officers will assess your previous education. The admission officer will inform the Examination Board whether your level of previous education is comparable to a Dutch diploma/degree and if it is sufficient for admission to the university. The Examination Board will use this information along with your uploaded documents to assess your application and will make a recommendation to the Executive Board.

Decision
Within approximately three weeks of receiving your complete application, Student Admissions will inform you of the Executive Board's final decision by e-mail. The possible decisions are:

• You qualify for (conditional) admission to a Master's programme
• You do not qualify for admission to a Master's programme, but do qualify for (conditional) admission to a Pre-Master's programme
• You do not qualify for admission to either programme

Enrolment
After you receive your admission email, you can officially enrol as a student at Radboud University. To enrol you must send certified hard copies of the documents mentioned in your admission email before the enrolment deadline.  More information about enrolment.

If you decide that you do not wish to study at Radboud University, we ask you to cancel your application in Studielink. This will ensure that you do not continue to receive emails regarding your application.
