Pre-Arrival Services form

The International Office/Admissions Office of Radboud University provides a pre-arrival services form for international students who are enrolling in a study programme, including visa, housing and social activities. The form is activated in Osiris after admission. Our university strives for the highest quality, also with our services.

In order to facilitate your application for the Pre-Arrival Services, Radboud University has integrated it in the online application for admission to a programme, during which you will be asked some questions concerning the Pre-Arrival Services form. You can indicate if you want the assistance of the Admissions Office in finding accommodation and if you want to join us for social activities. If applicable you will receive necessary information about visa. We ask you to answer the questions in the online application Osiris so that the Admissions Office can help you in the best possible way.

The Admissions Office will activate the Pre-Arrival Services form in Osiris as soon as you have been admitted. Please note that receiving the Pre-Arrival Services Form does not imply that you will be admitted.

Please note that some of the services we offer might be affected by the situation due to Covid-19. Any changes to services will be reported to you as soon as decisions have been made. Radboud University is closely monitoring the current situation and is following the advice and instructions given by RIVM (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment), WHO and the Dutch Government. In case of any changes, this will be published on the website of Radboud University. Should it affect services for which you registered, we will also inform you by e-mail.

If you are a non-EEA resident and you have completed your online application via our online application system OSIRIS Incoming Students before the deadline of 1 April, the International Office will assist you in finding accommodation and can guarantee receipt of the MVV before the start of the academic year. This receipt of the visa (MVV and/or VVR) is guaranteed, provided that we have received all the necessary documents and you have paid the necessary legal fees before 1 June. For some nationalities longer visa procedures apply. If this applies to you, the Admissions Office will inform you.

If you are an EEA resident and you have completed your online application via our online application system OSIRIS Incoming Students before the deadline of 1 May, the Admissions Office will assist you in finding accommodation before the start of the academic year.
