Why I chose Radboud: I chose Radboud because it offered me an affordable option for education within the field of biological sciences in The Netherlands. I also have lived in this country for 4 years already and wanted to continue to live here in order to improve on my Dutch and hopefully find permanent employment here after my studies. Lastly, Nijmegen is well connected and a city full of nature, which is an extra bonus for me!
What I am looking forward to the most by coming to Nijmegen: I would say I am looking forward to the school community, sports, and interacting with fellow students, but in the times of corona that is not really possible. So instead I am most excited about starting my courses and getting a deeper understanding of my field.
A fun fact about myself: I love animals and so far I have had 3 fish, 3 parakeets, 2 cats, and 1 hamster. I hope to get a dog soon.
