Master's specialisations in Environmental Science

Master's students can specialise in Water and Environment within the Biology programme. This track aims at the insight needed to tackle problems such as climate change, flooding, eutrophication, chemical pollution, habitat fragmentation and bio-invasions.

It's also possible to follow the double degree programme in Transnational Ecosystem-based Water Management(TWM), which is an international joint degree programme for future water managers, combining ecology, hydrology and socio-economics, partly taught at Radboud University and partly at the University of Duisburg-Essen in Germany.

Finally, there is the possibility to specialise in the theme 'Climate & Energy' within the Master's specialisation Science, Management and Innovation.
The combination of expertise – science, policy and business – will prepare you for a dynamic career in business, a job in the public sector or in the a social (research) organisation. If you want to start your own business, this specialisation is the most appropriate choice on offer in Radboud University’s Faculty of Science.
