Make an appointment

If you would like to visit us during our consultation hours, please make an appointment via the calendar below.

Due to the current privacy legislation, we are obliged to only respond to students' emails if they were sent from their @student.ru.nl email accounts. In case we receive an email from an account that belongs to Gmail, hotmail or another provider, the email will not be taken care of. The reason for this is that the RU email accounts offer a secure space which allows us to discuss private matters with students. We furthermore do not want to risk the student's privacy or digital security.

The appointments concerning career advice, CV checks and internships will be with Career Officer Margriet Joosten or Linsey van den Heuvel.

Please note: the online appointments will take place on Zoom. After registration you will receive a confirmation by mail including the Zoom link. Appointments on campus take place in E 7.29.
