NOTICE: If you are considering participating in a physical programme, please make sure to keep checking the Summer / Winter School of your interest for updates. As an alternative, many universities are offering online programmes. Participants in online Summer and Winter Schools are also eligible to receive a grant. More information on this can be found on the Summer Grant page.
Are you interested in an educational experience and do you have a gap in your summer or winter holidays? If so, a Summer/Winter School organised by one of our international contacts might be worth considering. To give you an idea of what is on offer, we will list a few summer and winter programmes organised by our (inter)national contacts during the study year. We will continue to update that overview.

NWIBs
The Dutch Scientific Institutes Abroad (NWIBs) are scientific posts of Dutch universities. These institutes are primarily located around the Mediterranean: in Athens, Cairo, Florence, Rome, Istanbul, Rabat and Ankara. There is also an additional institute in St. Petersburg. The NWIBs offer short courses during the whole academic year. Please find their course offer here.
