Contact information STIP
The Student Information Point (STIP) is the point of contact for general questions about your study programme. For questions about your education, send an e-mail to stip@let.ru.nl, use the chat function on this website or visit the service desk on the seventh floor of the Erasmus building (E 7.02). It will be easier to assist you when you mention your student number in your e-mail.
Please note that we only respond to student e-mail addresses (e-mail addresses that end with @ru.nl).
| The STIP desk is open every business day between 9 am and 4 pm. During exam periods, the STIP desk is open between 8 am and 4 pm. |
