Completion of a Bachelor's or (pre-)Master's programme

When you need a certified letter that you completed your Bachelor's or (pre-)Master's programme, you can request such a letter using the form below. This is only possible if you have already requested your diploma, but have to wait for the graduation ceremony.  If your request has been processed and your graduation date has been registered in Osiris, you can also request your official diploma documents through DUO.

Please note: the letter will only be sent to @ru.nl addresses. If you no longer have an active RU address, please state this clearly in the form.
