Requesting your diploma
Applying for your Bachelor's or Master's diploma
You can apply for your diploma online via the Student Information Point once all your results have been registered in Osiris. The Examination Board will evaluate whether you have met all the graduation requirements. At the bottom of this page you will find the link to the application form.
Application form
You can use this form to apply for graduation with the Student Information Point. You need to add the below attachments to your application form.
Please note: save these documents first, because you cannot download during the application.
- Study progress review (can be retrieved from Osiris);
- Your thesis (as a PDF);
- A completed (and scanned) plagiarism form (pdf, 71 kB);
- A completed (and scanned) permission form for your thesis to be included and made available to others in the Radboud Thesis Repository (pdf, 85 kB);
- Personal questions (docx, 38 kB) (only for Bachelor IBC students);
- Research Proposal (only HLCS students);
- Research Article (only HLCS students).
After submitting the form, you will receive a confirmation of receipt via your emailaddress. If you have not received a confirmation by mail, please contact the Student Information Point (stip@let.ru.nl) to check whether they received your application.
If you have any questions, you can make an appointment with STIP.
Thesis Repository
Radboud University has a Thesis Repository where all student theses are stored and made available to third parties. You can indicate on the application form whether you agree to your thesis being available to the public. Please fill in the permission form (pdf, 85 kB). We are required to store all theses and make them available to e.g. assessment committees. We use the Thesis Repository for this purpose as well. This means that all theses are included in the Thesis Repository, but you decide whether everyone can consult your thesis.
Please remove any personal data (except for your name), contact data and signatures from your thesis, since these are not allowed in theses under our new privacy policy.
Graduation date
Your graduation date is determined by the date of your last results. Please note: you must submit your graduation application in that same month.
Requesting official diploma data
You can request your official diploma data when your diploma request has been processed fully and your graduation date has been registered in Osiris. You are only able to do this if you have a DigiD. If not, you are able to request your diploma data via diplomaregister@duo.nl.
Evaluation of your programme
After you have submitted your graduation application, you will be asked to evaluate your programme. The department would greatly appreciate you taking the time to complete this evaluation.
Please also read the page 'Picking up / receiving your diploma' to acquire information on when and how you can receive your diploma. View the page 'Diploma-uitreikingen / graduation ceremonies' to know the dates of the graduation ceremonies of your programme.
