Registration form contract education

I hereby register for participation in contract education at the Faculty of Arts.

Please note! You can withdraw your registration up to 2 weeks before the course has started. You can only withdraw your registration by emailing onderwijsadministratie@let.ru.nl. If you withdraw your registration in time, the course fee will be refunded after deducting 10% of this course fee for administration costs. Later cancellation means you will owe the full course fee.
