Study workplaces

There are various libraries and rooms with study workplaces on the Radboud University campus. Some (group) workplaces, with or without computers, can be used freely, some have to be reserved. You can find this information per location.

Rules for reservation

The rules below apply to reserving a study workplace:

  • Only students of Radboud University can reserve a workplace.
  • Only make reservations for yourself.
  • For a group workplace only one student has to make a reservation.
  • Bring your campus card and a confirmation of the reservation (on your phone).
  • You can only reserve one slot at a time.
  • Do not reserve more time than you need. You can also reserve for a few hours.
  • If you cannot come, cancel the reservation. Or adjust your reservation.
  • 30 minutes late? Your reservation will be cancelled.

To avoid errors when making a reservation, keep in mind:

  • You can make a reservation up to two days in advance.
  • Take into account the timeframe of the location where you want to reserve a place. You cannot make a reservation outside of these times.
