By train

The city of Nijmegen is easily accessible from all parts of the country. Thanks to a well-developed and efficient public transport system, major European cities such as Brussels and Paris are only a few hours away by train.

  • Trains stop at Nijmegen Central Station and station Nijmegen Heyendaal. You can plan your train journey at the NS website.
  • For traveling by train you must use the OV-chipkaart (public transportation chip card).

By bus

Local buses stop on campus in the Philips van Leydenlaan, the Heyendaalseweg, the Kapittelweg and Erasmuslaan. You can plan your trip on the website OV929

By car

All car parks on the campus are equipped with boom barriers and pay-point terminals. Regular parking cost €2 per hour up to a maximum of €10 per day. Tickets can be paid for with credit or debit card. After 6 p.m. and during weekends regular parking is free. Disabled parking is possible at the designated parking lots at Radboud University´s campus.

The campus of Radboud University will undergo a transformation in the coming years. Construction, alteration and demolition work can cause some inconvenience.

Starting March 2019 a nearly two year renovation of the Waalbrug Nijmegen will start which might also cause some inconvenience.
