Marieke van den Brink is hoogleraar Gender & Diversity bij Radboud Social Cultural Research, Sociologie en Culturele Antropologie en Ontwikkelingsstudies. Haar overkoepelende onderzoekslijn bestaat uit het bestuderen van de plaats en het functioneren van gender en diversiteit in organisaties en naar mogelijkheden en belemmeringen om indirecte, onbewuste uitsluiting van specifieke groepen op de arbeidsmarkt te voorkomen. Ze is de wetenschappelijk directeur van Radboud Gender & Diversity Studies waarin wetenschappers uit verschillende disciplines met elkaar samenwerken in het onderzoek en onderwijs.

Yvonne Benschop is Professor of Business Administration, Organizational Behavior. She is leading the multidisciplinary research hotspot Gender and Power in Politics and Management together with prof. dr. Anna van der Vleuten.

Mariecke van den Berg is met ingang van 1 september 2020 benoemd tot bijzonder hoogleraar Feminisme en christendom op de Catharina Halkes leerstoel aan de Faculteit der Filosofie, Theologie en Religiestudies van de Radboud Universiteit. De bijzondere leerstoel wordt mogelijk gemaakt door het Catharina Halkes Fonds.

dr. Jutta Joachim is associate professor of "Global Security Governance" at the Nijmegen School of Management.She is also the coordinator of the Gender Hotspot .

Tesseltje de Lange is hoogleraar Migratiegeschiedenis.

Sabine Oertelt-Prigione is hoogleraar Gender in Primary and Transmural Care. Ze is gespecialiseerd in inwendige geneeskunde en volksgezondheid en doet onderzoek naar implicaties van sekse en gender in biomedisch en volksgezondheidsonderzoek. Zij ontwikkelde de eerste systematische database over sekse- en geslachtsspecifieke literatuur en coredigeerde een van de eerste handboeken over geslachtsgeneeskunde.

Liedeke Plate is full Professor of Culture and Inclusivity. She publishes on the subject of gender, cultural memory and women's rewriting. Her research focuses on women's rewritings of well-known, classic or canonical texts, and the material and social 'things' people do with them.

Iris van Rooij is Professor of Computational Cognitive Science at the faculty of Social Sciences and Principal Investigator at the Donders Institute for Brain, Cognition and Behaviour. Using conceptual analysis, mathematical modeling, computational complexity analyses, and computer simulation, she studies the scope and limits of cognition (including scientists’ own thinking). Her research group contributes to critical reflection on the use of artificial intelligence (AI) techniques (computational modeling, in particular) in science and society. Additionally, by collaborating with Gender & Diversity Studies, she supports research and education on Bias in Artificial Intelligence.

Katrine Smiet is an Assistant Professor in Gender and Diversity Studies at the Faculty of Philosophy, Theology and Religious Studies. She is a philosopher with an interdisciplinary background. Her areas of specialization are feminist philosophy and critical philosophy of race.In previous research, Katrine studied the emergence and development of intersectionality as a key framework for feminist studies. Her dissertation, Travelling Truths: Sojourner Truth, Intersectionality and Feminist Scholarship, examines how the story of Sojourner Truth has been taken up and retold by feminist scholars in different times, places, and political contexts.In her current research project, Katrine critically examines the notion of ‘the human.’ Which subjects have historically been recognized as fully human, lesser or sub-humans? The project maps key feminist, post/decolonial and anti-racist critiques and reconceptualizations of ‘the human,’in order to develop a critical intersectional humanism.

Anya Topolski is universitair hoofddocent ethiek en politieke filosofie aan de Radboud Universiteit Nijmegen. Ze promoveerde in de filosofie aan de KU Leuven op het politieke denken van Hannah Arendt, de ethiek van Emmanuel Levinas en het hedendaagse Joodse denken. Voor dit promotieproject ontving ze in 2009 de Auschwitz Stichting Prijs.

Mieke Verloo is Professor of Comparative Politics and Inequality Issues at Radboud University in the Netherlands.
