Summer drinks and presentation on HR project plan on diversity

The Halkes Women Faculty Network and RNVH (Radboud Women Professors Network) organised a summer drinks event on June 26th.

Before the drinks, Prof. Margot van Mulken (Dean Faculty of Arts) presented the plans on HR's theme group on diversity.

About the HR theme group on diversity:

Based on the Strategic Plan 2015-2020, an HR agenda was developed with five important HR themes for the RU: leadership, talent development, recruitment & on boarding, internationalization, and diversity. The theme group on 'Quality through Diversity' consists of Prof. Margot van Mulken, Berend Geurts, Ivo van Koolwijk, Wouter Brok, Joke Leenders, Prof. Marieke van den Brink, Dr. Anya Topolski, Prof. Frits Vaandrager, Jolanda van den Broek en Sylvia Becker. The last few months the theme group worked on a project plan and you now get the opportunity to join the conversation on what is needed to increase diversity and inclusion at the Radboud University.
