Workshop "Start off the new year well"
Do you make new year’s resolutions but fail to complete them? Do you feel stuck in your current ways? Would you like to make a change in your life?
During this workshop, PhD candidate and organization expert Marisha Manahova explained how we can create and stick to habits, as well as get rid of bad ones. She also guided participants in thinking about what is important to them, reflecting upon the past year, and looking forward to the future.
The workshop took place on Zoom and was given twice: on Wednesday 26 January from 10:30 to 12:00 and on Thursday 3 February from 15:30 to 17:00. Between 25 and 30 participants attended on either day.
