Guesthouse

We have two completely furnished guesthouses which HFML- FELIX appoints to users, based on availability. The guesthouses are situated near HFML-FELIX, at the Heyendaalseweg (Platolaan). It forms part of a larger residential complex named Sterrenbosch.

On the campus map (pdf, 1,4 MB) you can find the exact location on the campus. Nr. 22 is HFML-FELIX, nr. 16 is Sterrenbosch.

Facilities

Each apartment has free Wi-Fi, a flat screen television, radio and central antenna connection. The kitchen has an electric hotplate, cooker hood, microwave oven, refrigerator and basic kitchen utensils. Besides a washbasin and shower, the bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and dryer. Also an ironing board and iron are present. Linen and towels are provided.

Fee

A daily fee will be requested for the apartments. For one person this is € 40 per night. The second (or third) person in the apartment will be charged € 20 per person per night. Cleaning costs are € 40 per apartment per stay. The invoice will be sent to the Principle Investigator on site. If you have any questions, please contact the secretariat HFML-FELIX@ru.nl. Users from UK and Poland, the countries that are members of EMFL, will be reimbursed for the costs for accommodation and travelling.

Please note: day of change is Wednesday. At the departure day, make sure you leave the apartment before 10 am.
