How do you change your RU password on your Android tablet or phone?

Please note:

* Do not forget to disable the Internet and Wi-Fi connections on all of your mobile devices.

Step 1

Change your password in the Accountportal, before changing the password on your mobile devices.

Step 2

Please note: On other Android devices this may look different and different steps might have to be taken.

Change the RU password for your RU e-mail

1. Go to the Apps overview and select Settings.
2. Scroll down and select Accounts.
3. Select Exchange.
4. Select Account settings.
5. Select your RU mail address.
6. Scroll down to select incoming email Settings.
7. Enter your new password and select Done.

Step 3

If you are on campus, change the RU password for the Eduroam Wi-Fi network

1. Turn Wi-Fi back on. The campus Wi-Fi network is Eduroam.
2. Press and hold Eduroam and select change Network.
3. Scroll down, enter the new RU password and select SAVE.

You have now finished changing the RU password for your iPad or iPhone.
