How to change your RU password on your iPad/iPhone?

Please note:

* Do not forget to disable the Internet and Wi-Fi connections on all of your mobile devices.

Step 1

Change your password in the Accountportal, before changing the password on your mobile devices,

Step 2

Change the RU password for your RU e-mail

1. Select Settings. You can find it on your home screen.
2. Select Mail.
3. Select Accounts.
4. Select Exchange. If you chose a name other than Exchange for your RU mail, please select it.
5. Select Account.
6. Enter your new password and select ‘Done’.

Step 3

If you are on campus, change the RU password for the Eduroam Wi-Fi network.

1. Turn the Wi-Fi back on.
2. Eduroam will ask you to enter your new RU password.

You have now finished changing the RU password for your iPad or iPhone.

Change RU password on other mobile devices
