Radboud University ICT Helpdesk

The ICT Helpdesk is the first point of contact for ICT users at Radboud University. The helpdesk can be contacted by telephone on 22222. Most problems can be solved remotely but if this is not possible the helpdesk will of course send someone to solve the problem on site.

The ICT Helpdesk accepts and registers reports of incidents and changes but also handles complaints and information requests. The helpdesk analyses these incidents and solves as many of them on its own account as possible, even if it means accessing the computer of the client remotely. If necessary, the helpdesk shall send a specialist. The goal is to keep the user – if the incident cannot be solved right away – as well informed on the progress of the matter as possible.
