ICT Servicedesk

For ICT services, which cannot be provided remotely, there is the ICT Service Point in the Hall of the Central Library.

At the moment the ICT Service Point is open for questions that cannot be solved by the ICT Helpdesk. So please contact the ICT Helpdesk first and only if they cannot help you to go to the ICT Service Point. There you can take a number and wait in an appropriate way.

The ICT Servicedesk provides the following services:

  • Issuing wireless guest accounts (ID required).
  • Resetting passwords (ID required).
  • Issuing mobile hardware (tablet, GSM and Smartphone).
  • Network connectivity assistance.
  • VPN connectivity assistance.
  • Limited issuing of software (software that cannot be acquired from SURFspot).
  • Limited assistance with printerproblem
  • Handing in defective RU laptop or picking up repaired laptop.
  • Lost a USB stick?

Opening hours:

The ICT Servicedesk is open on weekdays from 8:30 pm to 17.00 pm.
