Description

The executive board organizes an open event on research integrity, with the following topic: Academic freedom and (in)dependence of research

  • What is academic freedom?
  • How do we deal with dilemma’s where our independence as researcher is at stake?
  • How do you deal with different interests in a responsible way?

Be inspired by prof. dr. Annelien Bredenoord, professor for medical ethics, and research journalist Bas Haan who will share their visions on academic freedom. In small groups you will be able to meet colleagues from other faculties to exchange dilemma’s and tips on academic freedom.

The event is open to all employees and students of the Radboud University and Radboudumc. The online event will be in Dutch with English subtitles.

More information on the program will follow shortly.
