Daniela Wilson, Professor in Systems Chemistry within the Institute for Molecules and Materials (IMM) of Radboud University, and Elizabeth Gillies, Professor in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering at Western University, have been awarded a Radboud-Western Collaboration (RWCF) grant for the project ‘Dynamic, Bioinspired Polymeric Supramolecular Assemblies’ to study the incorporation of 'self-immolative polymers' to change the shape of nanosized polymer assemblies aimed at finding new ways for better drug delivery and novel therapies. The RWCF grants aim to facilitate and support joint initiatives that will strengthen the two universities’ strategic priorities through innovative education as well as multidisciplinary leading-edge research to create academic and societal impact.
