Project coordination

When a grant has been awarded to a consortium project, in which a scientist of the Faculty of Science is in the lead, Radboud Innovation Science takes care of the project coordination. Think of contracts, organising meetings, partner communication, communication with the funding agency, project website, uploading deliverables, making payments and writing reports. The coordinator's specific tasks are discussed with the project leader.
