Protein Next Top Model
The practical Protein Next Top Model is about the best protein of the class. Groups of five students will choose a protein from a list. Using a protein information booklet and additional information from the internet, they will study this protein. They will then give a short presentation (an elevator pitch) about their protein and explain to the class why their protein is the best and why it should be chosen to be the ‘Protein Next Top Model’. After all of the presentations, the class will vote which protein will be the winning ‘Protein Next Top Model’.
