Issue Paper on Migration

Tesseltje de Lange and Kees Groenendijk wrote an Issue Paper for the European Policy Centre.
They conclude, among other things, that the patchwork of measures for legal migration needs adjustment, especially so that the right to intra-EU mobility of migrants already present in the EU increases.
