Digital Case Tool on Asylum
|DiCTA is a digital case tool on asylum. It is constructed and maintained at the request of UNHCR. DiCTA is for free and easy to access.
The main goal is to provide current information on asylum law in Europe in a user-friendly and comprehensive way.
The main audience is the legal practitioner who need to familiarise with European asylum law and the field of statelessness.
Ultimately, this tool is meant to replace the paper manual "Case Law of the European Courts on Refugees, Asylum-seekers and Stateless Persons".
Project started in 2017 and the official website was launched Tuesday 23 November 2021.
