The cooperation among immigration law judges

From 1994 to 2001 in immigration law cases in The Netherlands no appeal was possible. This created the need for cooperation among the immigration law judges in the five competent district courts, in order to ensure uniform case law. This dissertation research describes and analyses the various instruments developed by the judges involved.
