Implementation of EU MIgration Law

Title Practical implementation of EU migration law in several EU Member States
Description This research is about the implementation of EU law and implementers’ attitudes towards domestic and EU implementation. This research tackles the question how legal discretion, bureaucratic structure and personal motivations relate to implementation practices at the final stage of EU migration law implementation. The project focuses on several key EU legislations related to asylum reception conditions and family reunification. A cross-country comparative approach is adopted with special focus on Germany, France and the Netherlands.
