The implementation of ten European Directives on Asylum and Migration

The country reports are part of a comparative study on the implementation of the EU Directives on immigration and asylum in 25 EU member states. The study is initiated by the European Commission and coordinated by Philippe de Bruycker (Free University Brussels, Odysseus Network). The study focuses on legal aspects and gives an overview of the transposition of the Directives in 25 EU member states. The Centre was responsible for writing the European synthesis report on the Directive on the Status of Long Term Resident Third Country Nationals (EC/2003/109), and a great number of country reports.
