Immigration, Asylum and Terrorism: A Changing Dynamic in European Law

Description

This is a preliminary study on the changes which have been introduced in law and practice in the field of immigration and asylum in France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, the UK and the European Union on security grounds in the first eight months following the terrorist attacks in the US of 11 September 2001. It compares and contrasts the developments and their consequences for border crossing, security of residence and determination of protection claims.
