ICT (in education)

For ICT-related questions, students and staff from the Faculty of Law can contact the Radboud University ICT Service Centre or the Teaching Information Point (TIP) in the Grotius Building.

Teaching Information Point (TIP)

The TIP, part of the Education and Student Affairs Office, is the place to go for questions about education and ICT in education. For example, you can ask questions about practical, quickly solved problems in the use of ICT in education (Brightspace) or about the use of ICT resources, but you can also come to the TIP for information about educational design and blended learning. You will find the TIP on the 1st floor in the Grotius building, next to the Study lounge.

Information for staff can also be found on the Intranet-page 'ICT in het Onderwijs'.

ICT Service Centre (ISC)

The ICT Service Centre can be reached daily from 8.30 - 17.00 hrs. The ICT Helpdesk is available from 8.30 - 17.30 on the telephone number (024 36) 22222. Many problems can be solved by the helpdesk remotely. Otherwise, of course, a support person will come to you.
