Assessment committee rates Radboud Business Law Institute as ‘outstanding’

In November 2020, the Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R) was evaluated by an external assessment committee, chaired by professor Eric Dirix. In its report (pdf, 3,5 MB) of February 2021 the committee rated both the quality and societal relevance of the research as 'outstanding'. The Institute received a similar rating in the 2014 evaluation.

According to the committee, the Institute succeeded in continuing to perform at the very highest level and in increasing its international visibility. According to the committee, the Institute can be considered one of the most influential research centers in its field, and it makes a very valuable contribution to society with its research. "The cornerstone of the OO&R’s success is that its research is rooted in the solid foundations of private law, continuing a longstanding tradition. The committee highly values that the OO&R safeguards the independence of its researchers and maintains the integrity of its research."
