Birgit Snijder-Kuipers appointed professor of Corporate Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering

Birgit Snijder-Kuipers has been appointed Professor of Corporate Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering at Radboud University as of 1 July 2022. She holds the Van der Grinten Chair, a rotating professorship affiliated with the Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R).

Snijder-Kuipers is involved in (inter)national theorisation in the field of integrity, supervision, compliance and anti-fraud, in particular by developing general perspectives and principles. In the Netherlands, Snijder-Kuipers is an expert in the field of compliance and the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing (Prevention) Act (Wwft). She currently works as a candidate civil-law notary with De Brauw Blackstone Westbroek. In recent years she has also been a lecturer in Private Law and Notarial Law at the University of Groningen.
