Danny Busch, Guido Ferrarini and Jan Paul Franx publish book on the new European prospectus rules and prospectus liability

Recently, professor of Financial law Danny Busch (Nijmegen), professor of Governance of Financial Institutions Guido Ferrarini (Nijmegen/Genoa) and professor of Securities Law Jan Paul Franx (Groningen) published their book entitled "Prospectus Regulation and Prospectus Liability" with Oxford University Press. The book provides integrated analysis of and guidance on the Prospectus Regulation 2017 and civil liability for a misleading prospectus in a European and comparative law context. The prospectus rules are one of the cornerstones of the EU Capital Markets Union. The book consists of three parts: (i) general aspects; (ii) the new EU prospectus rules; (iii) prospectusl liability and litigation.
