Danny Busch interviewed on action plan 'A capital markets union for people and businesses'

On 24 September, the European Commission released the new action plan 'A capital markets union for people and businesses'. On Friday 6 November, Professor of Financial Law Danny Busch was interviewed by Johan Barnard on behalf of the Dutch Financial Law Association. The interview focused on the legal aspects of the plan.
The aim of the capital markets union is to allow money - investments and savings - to flow throughout the EU, so that it can benefit consumers, investors and businesses, regardless of where they are located. The COVID-19 crisis makes it more urgent than ever to achieve this.
