Guido Ferrarini and Danny Busch speak at symposium Bocconi University Milan

On Friday 17 July Bocconi University Milan, in collaboration with the renowned Italian law review Rivista delle Società, organized an online symposium on the occasion of the publication of 'Prospectus Regulation and Prospectus Liability' (Oxford University Press, 2020). This book is edited by professor of Financial Law Danny Busch, professor of Governance of Financial Institutions Guido Ferrarini and professor of Securities Law Jan Paul Franx (Groningen University).

In addition to Busch and Ferrarini, professors Piergaetano Marchetti (Bocconi University), Marco Ventoruzzo (Bocconi University), Giovanni Strampelli (Bocconi University), Paolo Giudici (University of Bolzano) and Michele Siri (University of Genoa) served as speakers at the symposium, which was well attended online.
