Jens-Hinrich Binder appointed as Visiting Professor

Professor dr. Jens-Hinrich Binder has been appointed as Visiting Professor at the Nijmegen Faculty of Law for the academic year 2019-2020. Binder is Professor of Private Law, Commercial Law, Company and Securities Law at Eberhard Karls University Tübingen. His main research areas are financial law, company law and insolvency law.
