Matthias Lehmann appointed as rotating professor of European & Comparative Business Law

Matthias Lehmann has been appointed as rotating professor of European & Comparative Business Law at the Radboud Business Law Institute (OO&R) with effect from 1 July 2022. Lehmann currently works as Professor of Private Law, International Private Law and Comparative Law at the Universität Wien.
As a rotating professor, Lehmann will conduct research in the field of European private law (both Business to Business and Business to Consumer). In particular, Lehmann participates in two international working groups of the Radboud Business Law Institue in the area of financial law.
