Michael Veder joins International Insolvency Institute

Professor of Private Law, in particular Insolvency Law, Michael Veder has joined the International Insolvency Institute (III, www.iiiglobal.org) as a member. Membership of this institute is only granted upon nomination: Veder was nominated by prof. Ignacio Tirado (Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and secretary-general of UNIDROIT).
III is a selective non-profit organization of leading practitioners, academics, judges and regulators in the international insolvency field. It currently has 400 members from over 45 countries. Since its inception, the Institute has made significant contributions to the development and improvement of fair and effective insolvency laws and practices around the world.
