Radboud Business Law Podcast: What's wrong with investment arbitration

In this podcast PhD student in Smart Contracts and Conflict Resolution Tom Vennmanns interviews Pietro Ortolani and Maria Laura Marceddu. Ortolani is Professor of Digital Conflict Resolution at Radboud University. Marceddu is a research associate at the Edinburgh Centre for International and Global Law and a fellow and guest lecturer in International Investment Law at the Centre of European Law, King's College London. Together they wrote the article What's Wrong with investment arbitration? Evidence from a set of behavioural experiments for the European Journal of International Law.

They discuss the general system of investment arbitration and why the system has been so heavily criticized lately.
