The Nijmegen Principles 2021 are part of an ongoing effort. The first expert seminar took place at Radboud University Nijmegen, in 2015. The subsequent meetings took place online in April and May 2021. With this document we hope to trigger further dialogue, with an additional group of scholars and practitioners. Do contact us to discuss your suggestions regarding such dialogue. In addition, in the near future another expert seminar is planned, this time at Ghent University, also hopefully with a large group of scholars and practitioners, including from the relevant adjudicators. Once known, dates and modalities will be posted here.
