Radboud Open Air and Radboud Rocks: festival with outdoor lectures, bands and DJs

Radboud Open Air and Radboud Rocks will take place on Thursday 24 May 2018. At Radboud Open Air you can listen to lectures by, among others, Professor of Labor Law Femke Laagland and TV presenter Arjen Lubach. Radboud Rocks will provide a musical ending with performances by various well-known artists.

Radboud Open Air

On Thursday 24 May, Radboud Open Air will take place from 12.45 until 16.00, with inspiring lectures by Radboud scientists about things you really want to know. Between 12.45 and 13.05 and between 14.05 and 14.25 Professor of Employment Law Femke Laagland will give a lecture about cameras on the workplace, is that allowed? Does an employee have no right to privacy? Or does that right not exist on the shop floor? Both lectures will take place on the lawn between the Grotius building and the Comeniuslaan.

Open Air concludes with a final lecture by Arjen Lubach at Erasmusplein.

Radboud Rocks

After the lecture by Arjen Lubach, it is time for Radboud Rocks, with performances by Kraantje Pappie, Rondé, Kuenta I Tambu and The Brahms. There is also a terrace with food and drinks. Entrance is free.
