Reinhard Bork receives grant from the German Research Foundation

Reinhard Bork was awarded a grant from the German Research Foundation (Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft). Bork works on the research project 'Harmonisation of Transactions' at the Business & Law Research Centre at Radboud University.

BorkBork also works as a professor at the University of Hamburg. The grant of 140.300 euros is predefined for hiring a young academic who will take on his lectures in summer 2020 and winter 2020/2021. This will enable professor Bork to dedicate all his time to the project on 'Harmonisation of Transactions Avoidance Laws', which he chairs together with professor of Private Law Michael Veder.
