RUQuest interface renewed

Date of news: 28 June 2021

RUQuest is the search engine for the University Library's collection and for the collections of other libraries worldwide. You can use RUQuest to find printed and digital books, journals and full-text articles.

New interface

From Tuesday 29 June onwards the RUQuest interface will have a different appearance. The existing functions remain the same, but not everything is in the same place.

Key changes

ruquest_functies

  • Advanced Search and Resources have been moved to the navigation bar.
  • The Sort function is now at the top of the search results page.
  • The options to consult or request publications are neatly arranged together. The Locate button leads to a floor plan for printed publications that are in open stacks. It also indicates in which library location (Central Library, Law Library, Library of Science) and in which bookcase the book can be found. You can take it from the shelf yourself.

It is possible that minor adjustments will follow after June 29.
