Summer School in Banking and Capital Markets Law
The Università Catolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan organizes an International Summerschool in Banking & Capital Markets Law from 23 to 27 July 2018. Registration for the Summer School is possible for PhD researchers, post-docs and junior teachers. Professor of financial law Danny Busch and professor of Governance of Financial Institutions Guido Ferrarini are as program leaders actively involved in the Summer School.
The International Summer School in Banking & Financial Law 2018 brings together members of the main European research community in order to debate contemporary issues on European Banking and Financial law in light of the most recent reforms.
The program
The first day (23 July) will take place at the Università Catolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan with some high-level speakers from the financial sector, including representatives from Consob, the Bank of Italy, ESMA, EBA, the ECB and the European Commission. From 24 to 27 July the Summer School takes place in the beautiful surroundings of Villa Vigoni, Como. Interactive workshops and seminars will be held by senior academics, policy makers and other experts from the field. The topics concern current developments and research in or with relevance to financial law.
