If, in the case of an internal graduation procedure, you are unable to collect your diploma because you have returned to your address abroad, we can send the diploma to you by registered mail. This entails a certain (minor) risk, namely that the Master’s diploma that has been sent through registered mail by the RU, will not be received by the student. A (Master’s) diploma, however, is only awarded once. If a student ticks ‘yes’ indicating that the Master’s diploma should be sent by the RU via registered mail, and if he or she fills in a foreign address with his/her name, the student has subsequently conceded that he/she is aware of the above-mentioned risk and thus willing to take this risk. The foreign address needs to stay valid for at least 3 months.
Indicate here which two preferred graduation dates and times you have agreed on with your thesis supervisor (in case of a standard procedure: at least 4 weeks after submitting this application at the earliest). Please indicate the time as broad as possible, e.g.: between 1:00 PM and 5:00PM.
