Deal with publisher deLex

The following journals from publisher deLex are now available in digital form:

• AMI: tijdschrift voor auteurs-, media- & informatierecht – published on behalf of the Vereniging voor Auteursrecht (VvA)
• Berichten industrie͏̈le eigendom
• BMM bulletin – this journal is published on behalf of the Beneluxvereniging voor Merken- en Modellenrecht (BMM)
• Mediaforum: tijdschrift voor media- en communicatierecht – published on behalf of the Vereniging voor Media- en Communicatierecht (VMC)

The journals are available via the Journals list Law Library and they can also be found in our search engine RUQuest.

We also have access to the following deLex products:

• IE-C: Intellectuele Eigendom Commentaren - article-by-article commentary on the most important Dutch and European laws and regulations regarding intellectual property. As well as commentary on the TRIPS treaty.
• JUROU: Jurisprudentie Onrechtmatige Uitingen – this database is updated daily and contains sources from, among others, Rechtspraak.nl and the European Court of Human Rights.

The above products are available via Legal databases a-z (accessible via the website of the Law Library). They can also be found in RUQuest.
